I am getting a "Mailbox is Full" message, what are possible causes for this error? »
You may be getting this error message due to the following:
The mailbox has reached the maximum message limit of 200 messages.
The Account has run out of Calling Credit.
"Block All Calls" is active.

Why can’t I attach a file to my fax message? »
You may be encountering issues with attaching faxes due to the following reasons:
The document may be corrupt. You can try sending another file or make a text document in Notepad, save it,
and then attach a test file.
The file type may be unsupported. Make sure that the file type is supported by RingCentral.

The file size may have exceeded the 20MB limit. You can try sending a smaller file size.

Why am I unable to receive faxes from fax machines? »
This may be due to the fax machine you or the receiving party is using. Below are a few tips to help resolve your fax machine issue:
Avoid using DSL phone filters and phone splitters, as it may cause interference when sending a fax through the fax machine.
Use a short phone line cord; it can minimize chance of signal loss.
You may set up your line at your RingCentral online account. You can set the number as Voice Only
in Settings > Phone System > Company Number and Info – setting the number to Voice Only
disables incoming fax detection and allows the fax machine to answer.
Why am I missing faxes? »
The fax may have been delivered to the wrong extension or you may be logged in to the wrong extension. To resolve this,
follow the steps below:
Click Company settings.
Click Edit under rules for the specified extension.
Click on Business Hours or whichever rule it was applied.
Set the specified extension to the "deliver new messages to extension" drop down box.
How do I set up my ATA adapter so I can send faxes with my fax machine?
You can set up your ATA adapter by configuring the settings from your online account.

Why can’t I receive faxes on the Softphone? »
This may be due to the messages not synchronized with your Softphone. To resolve this issue, you will need to
rename the RingCentral’s Local Storage on your computer.

How do I customize my fax cover sheet? »
You can customize your fax cover sheet in two ways: 1) Through the RingCentral Softphone and
2) through your online account. For complete instructions, click on the links below:
You may need to set up your notification email to notify you whenever you receive fax messages and voicemail or
miss a call. This will also help notify you to confirm that an outbound fax was successfully sent.

Your email address may not be registered to the Trusted Email Address list.

Why are my faxes from my online account being automatically deleted?
Your RingCentral inbox has a maximum storage limit of 200 messages (voice and fax combined).
Your current settings may have been configured to automatically delete fax messages once it
reaches the maximum capacity. To view instructions on how to change your settings,
