Current Issues

Currently, we have no impact to RingCentral customers. The affected servers will be added back into the network as they are restored to normal operational state. During this morning’s event a small portion of customers were experiencing inbound and outbound calls that resulted in fast busy or unable to complete.

Desk Phones

Administrators can log in to their online account using the web browser or on their mobile device to add or re-assign desk phones.
