The RingCentral Operations Team , and our service provider resolved an issue with numbers in area code (432) not being able to receive calls outside of the RingCentral network. The incident started on Nov 26, 2014 at 10:24 AM (PST), and was resolved on Nov 26, 2014 at 12:56 PM (PST)

Administrators can log in to their online account using the web browser or on their mobile device to add or re-assign desk phones.
