RingCentral has received reports that a major Internet Service Provider (ISP) is experiencing issues within their network. This is affecting traffic to and from many locations, including our Data Centers. Unfortunately, this networking issue is outside of our control, however we will continue to monitor this event and update you as more information on the affected provider becomes available. In the meantime, we highly recommend you contact your ISP to address and expedite the resolution of these connectivity issues.
