The RingCentral Operations team resolved an issue affecting incoming calls & faxes for customer in the Denver, CO area. The incident started on March 31, 2015 12:00pm Pacific and was resolved on March 31, 2015 3:35pm Pacific. We apologize for any service interruption to your business.


RingCentral Global Customer Care has received reports that a major provider continues to experience issues within their network has been resolved. This was affecting traffic to the area codes of 310 and 626 in the Los Angeles area and the area code of 904 in the Miami area. Incident Started: 31-Mar-2015 12:30 pm Pacific Daylight Time. Incident Resolved: 31-Mar-2015 02:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time
