RingCentral has received reports that a major Internet Service Provider (ISP) is experiencing issues within their network. This is affecting traffic to and from many locations, including our Data Centers. We have made internal routing changes in order to mitigate the issue, and all services have been restored as of 2016-04-29 08:09AM PST.
