Current Issues

Underlying carrrier has reported incoming calls are currently not working for some Ringcentral customers in the Abilene, TX area. A Fiber has been cut affecting the 550 LATA. Outbound calls are completing without issue. Underlying carrier has isolated the issue and has repair crew on site. We are working diligently to resolve this and will have an update within 1 hour.
