Current Issues

RingCentral’s underlying carrier is experiencing a transport issue that may cause inbound calls and faxes to fail in Abilene Texas. Users should still be able to check current voicemails and make and receive calls from within their RingCentral account. Our carrier has not provided an ETA on repair. RingCentral is working to move inbound traffic via an alternate path. This process will take up to three hours to complete. As more information is available, RingCentral will provide an update. Resolved Issues

The RingCentral Operations Team resolved an issue affecting incoming calls and faxes for Lynchburg, VA; Charleston, WV; Mansfield, OH; Erie, Pa; and Harrisonburg, VA. The incident began on July 1, 2015 at 1:34am PDT and was resolved on July 1, 2015 at 7:34am PDT. We apologize for any service interruption to your business.
