The RingCentral Operations Team resolved an issue affecting some customers whose mobile, digital lines and softphones were unable to connect to the RingCentral network. The incident started on 18-NOV-2014, 6:36 AM Pacific and was resolved on 18-NOV-2014, 7:20 AM Pacific. We apologize for any service interruption to your business.

Transferring your phone numbers

If your existing phone number is still with your previous provider, you can transfer it to your RingCentral account
