The RingCentral Operations Team , and our service provider resolved an issue with numbers in area code (432) not being able to receive calls outside of the RingCentral network. The incident started on Nov 26, 2014 at 10:24 AM (PST), and was resolved on Nov 26, 2014 at 12:56 PM (PST)

Transferring your phone numbers

If your existing phone number is still with your previous provider, you can transfer it to your RingCentral account
