Resolved Issues:

Resolved: The Underlying carrier that was causing inbound calling issues in Florida has resolved a routing problem. Original note: RingCentral customers are currently unable to receive inbound calls in the Florida area from some wireless carriers in Florida. Calling parties are receiving an error message stating "You have reached a non-working number". Customers outbound calls and all other services are not impacted at this time.

Transferring your phone numbers

If your existing phone number is still with your previous provider, you can transfer it to your RingCentral account
