Company Hours refer to your company's call handling rules during and after your company business hours. In this section of your account, you can choose the following Call Handling settings for your company:
 
24 Hours - Select if you want incoming calls handled the same way all the time, every day.
 
Specify Hours - Select if you want incoming calls handled differently when your business is open and when it's closed.

NOTE: You need to be an Account Administrator to perform the steps below.
 

 Specify your Company Business Hours

Step 1:

On the Admin Portal page, click Phone System.

Step 3:

Click Auto-Receptionist > Company Hours.

Step 4:

Under Company Hours, select Specify Hours. Once this is selected, you can specify how incoming calls will be handled when your business is open and when it's closed.

Step 5:

Once changes have been made, click Save.

You have just specified your company business hours.
 

 Set your Company Business Hours to 24 Hours (24 hours, 7 days a week)

On the Admin Portal page, click Phone System.

Step 3:

Click Auto-Receptionist > Company Hours.

Step 4:

Under Company Hours, select 24 hours. Once this is selected, all incoming calls will be handled the same way all the time. Click Save when done.

You have now set your company hours to 24/7.
 

Set your Company's Time Zone and Time Format

Setting the correct Timezone ensures that you will not miss any calls when you specify your company's hours of operation. 

Step 1:

On the Admin Portal page, click Phone System.

Step 3:

Click Auto-Receptionist > Regional Settings.

Step 4:

Under Regional Settings, click on the drop-down under Time Zone to select the correct timezone.

Step 5:

Set your preferred Time Format. The Time Format you will select will be set as the default for the entire company, unless the User changes their preference in their own extension.
 
• 12 h (example: 11:00 PM)
• 24 h (
example: 23:00)

Step 6: 

Once changes have been made, click Save.

You have now set your company's time format and timezone.
