Customizing your company business hours settings

Details
Company business hours settings refer to your call handling rules during business hours.  These include the Greetings and Company Call settings.

This article will guide you on how to customize your company business hours settings.  To do this, follow the steps below:

NOTE:  You need to be an Account Administrator to perform this action.

Step 1:
Log in to your RingCentral online account. For instructions click here.

Step 2:
Go to Settings and select Phone System.

Step 3:
Click Auto-Receptionist.

Step 4:
Select Company Hours.

Step 5:
Under Company Hours, you can select how all incoming calls will be handled.
  • 24 hours - Once this is selected, all incoming calls will be handled the same way all the time
  • Specify hours - Once this is selected, you can specify how incoming calls will be handled when business is closed

Step 6:
You may also set the Time Zone for your business.

Step 7:
Once changes have been made, click Save.

You have now customized your company business hours settings.
