1. What is the Polycom VVX 300, 310, 400, and 410 Business Media Phone?

The Polycom® VVX® 300, 310, 400, and 410 is a Business Media Phone that combines advanced business telephony, real-time presence, and integrated business applications into one seamless, lifelike communications experience.  To learn more about these products, click here.

2. What are the supported Ethernet Switches on phones?
 
The VVX 300 and 400 have a two-port 10/100 Mbps Ethernet switch.  The VVX 310 and 410 have a two-port Gigabit Ethernet switch.

3. How do I check the IP address of my device?

To see the phone’s IP address, select Settings from the phone’s Home view then select Status > Platform > Phone.  Scroll down to see the IP address.

4. What is the default username and password to login to the Web Configuration Utility?
 
• Administrators - The default username is Admin and the password is 456.

• Users - The default username is User and the password is 123.

5. What are the supported browser types to access the Web Configuration Utility?
 
• Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7.0 or later
• Mozilla® Firefox® 3.0.X or later

6. What should I do if I encounter issues with my device?

If you encounter the following issues:

• You can’t enable or disable all features through the Polycom Web Configuration Utility.
• You must make changes for these features through the configuration files.
