This article will guide you in configuring your Bria mobile app for your RingCentral account.

NOTE:  Since this is a 3rd party device, we can only provide SIP settings to the device.  If the configurations don't work, we suggest that you contact your device's manufacturer (OEM) for further assistance in configuring it.

IMPORTANT:  Check your RingCentral SIP configuration settings on your online account before doing the following procedure.  To learn how to do this, click here.

Step 1:
Launch your Bria - VoIP SIP Phone mobile app.

Step 2:
Go to Settings > Accounts.

Step 3:
Tap on the plus (+) button to add an account.

Step 4:
Under Select Provider, select SIP.

Step 5:
Enter the SIP configuration settings you obtained from your online account.

Step 6:
Scroll down and select Account Advanced.

Step 7:
Enter your Outbound Proxy and Authorization ID.

Step 8:
Go back to the previous page then select Register.

NOTE:  Your mobile app will try to connect to your RingCentral online account and once it is verified, it will display as Registered.

Tap the Phone option and it should now indicate as Phone Ready.  You should now be able to take inbound/outbound calls.
