Personal Contacts
 
Step 1:
Launch your RingCentral mobile app on your device.

Step 2:
Tap Menu > Contacts.

Tap the drop down menu and select Set Filters.

Tap Show All Contacts.

Step 5:
You can choose among the following options:

Step 6:
Check your contacts if they have been imported on your RingCentral app.

Company Contacts
 
Step 1:
Launch your RingCentral mobile app on your device.

Step 2:
Tap Menu > Contacts.

Step 3:
Under Company, tap Filters.

User-added image

Step 4:
Select the type of Company Contacts that you wish to display.

Step 5:
Tap Done.
 
Company Favorites

Adding your Company Contacts to your Favorites will enable the Presence feature.  This will allow you to know if the extension is available or not.

To add Company Favorites, do the following:

Step 1:
Tap Menu > Favorites.

Select Company.

Step 3:
Tap the Drop down arrow and then select Add Contact.

Step 4:
Select the extensions that you wish to add.

NOTE: 
A green dot indicates that your favorite company contact is available.

You have now organized contacts on your RingCentral mobile app.
