A portion of RingCentral Contact Center customers may be experiencing the inability to log into Max Agent. RingCentral Contact Center teams have performed internal testing and are showing a large percentage of customers are no longer experiencing this issue. Teams will continue to investigate the issue and will provide an update on the morning of 12/8, or when a significant change in status occurs.
