SummaryActive calls can be transferred directly to your voicemail using your Cisco desk phone. A Cold or Blind transfer allows you to transfer calls directly to another line without speaking with the other party first.

Blind Transfer on Cisco SPA303, SPA508g and SPA514g

NOTE: This will include the original Caller ID Information.


1. During an active call, press the bXfer softkey.

2. Enter the number to which you want to transfer the call, and then press the Dial softkey. The call is transferred automatically.


Blind Transfer on Cisco SPA525g and SPA525g2


1. During an active call press BlindXfer.

2. Enter the number to where you want to transfer the call, and then press Dial. The call is transferred automatically.


Transfer Directly to Voicemail


1. While on a call, press the Bxfer Key.

2. Enter *0 and Extension #.

3. Press the Dial Key.
