RingCentral Canada: Using your name as your Outbound Caller ID


 

The option to use your name as your outbound Caller ID is disabled by default. To enable this feature on your RingCentral account, the account Administrator must contact RingCentral support. Once enabled, individual users will have the ability to toggle this feature on or off under their extension's settings. 

 

1. Log in to your RingCentral Account.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Click Outbound Calls/Faxes > Caller ID.

4. On the Caller ID section, scroll down to Caller ID Name and tick the check box.

5. Click Save to start using your User Name as your Outbound Caller ID.
