Customizing and Subscribing to a Report

RingCentral Reports provides graphical representations of your RingCentral account's historical phone system usage. Five types of Reports can be accessed and generated — SummaryQueue ActivityUser ActivityPhone Number, and User Call Details. Reports can be customized according to your preferred date range. You can opt to subscribe to report/s for to have them delivered to your email on a set schedule.

Customizing a Report


1. Log In to your RingCentral Account.


2. Go to Reports > Historical Reports.

3. Select the type of Report that needs to be generated.

4. Select the period that should be covered by the selected Report, then click GO.

5. To set the filters for the Report, click EXPAND.

6. Set the filters, then click Apply All.

7. To select the columns that should be displayed on the Report, click Select Columns.

8. Select at least 5 or more columns, then click Save.

9. To save a custom view of the selected Report, click the Add New button.

10. Enter a name for the custom view, then click Save.

Subscribing to a Report

Once a Report has been customized, you have the option to subscribe to it so it can be delivered to your email on a schedule.


1. Click the Subscribe button.

2. Enter the Subscription information, then click Save.
