How to get HAR and Console logs


1. Open Chrome Extensions.

Click More (Kebab icon) > More tools... > Extensions

2. Enable Developer mode in the Extensions view.

NOTE: In some Chrome versions, this may be a check box option.

3. Developer mode enables the Inspect views option on the extensions.

Click background.html beside the Inspect views section for the RingCentral for Google. 
This opens the developer tools menu specific to the RingCentral for Google.

4. Launch the RingCentral for Google. Log in and replicate the issue being reported.

5. In the Network tab, right click within the content window and select the Save as HAR with content 
option to save the HAR file.

6. Click on the Console tab and right click within the content window and select the save as option 
to save the console logs.
