Polycom VVX 500/501/600/601 - Enable Video Calling

Internal extension to extension video calls can be made once the feature has been enabled by Support. The Account Administrator can then enable video calling for one or several Users.

IMPORTANT: Contact Support before enabling video calling for Users.

Enabling Video Calling for a User


1. Log In to your RingCentral Account.


2. Click Phones & Devices.

3. Click the Polycom phone that needs to be enabled for video calling.


4. Check Enable video calling.

5. Click Save.


Enabling Video Calling for Several Users


1. Log In to your RingCentral Account.


2. Click Phones & Devices.

Phones & Devices

3. Check the devices that need to be enabled for video calling, then click Enable.

Check devices then click Enable
