Hot Desking - Enable no session timeout

The No Timeout feature prevents all Hot Desk sessions in an account from timing out. The Users' sessions stay on until it is physically logged out. It offers a solution for organizations which have mobile workforce and unpredictable schedules.

• Cisco 7841 Gigabit Business Phone
• Cisco 8861 Gigabit Color Business Phone (up to 2 expansion modules)
• Yealink T42S Gigabit Business Phone
• Yealink T46S Gigabit Color Business Phone (up to 2 expansion modules)


Enabling Hot Desking on the RingCentral Online account


1. Log in to your RingCentral Online account.


2. Hover on Tools, then click Hot Desk Session Timeout.

3. Click the drop-down box, then select Never.
