Click Reports > Analytics Portal > Performance Reports from the Admin Portal to access.

Performance Reports has three (3) parts that make up the report.

Queues

Call queue performance for the call segment that is relevant to each queue.  

Users

User performance in the context of inbound and outbound calls 
for the call segment that is relevant to each user. If User Groups 
are in use (Ultimate and Premium plans), only users from queues and defined user groups are available for monitoring.  

Call Details

Call Details creates a breakdown of the individual call records that make up the filters selected.
