When calling or receiving a call on the RingCentral Mobile App, you may encounter issues where you cannot be heard by the other line. One possible cause of this issue is your Microphone settings. To resolve this, you have to grant microphone permissions to the RingCentral Mobile app.

Step 1:

Go to Settings > Apps.

On the Apps screen, select the gear icon.

On the Configure apps screen, select App permissions.

On the App permissions screen select Microphone.

Enable Microphone permissions for RingCentral.

Open Settings.

Tap Restrictions, and enter your restrictions passcode.
