SummaryThis articles provides information on how to create a template. Templates allow Account Administrators to implement a set of configuration to multiple users at once through the RingCentral Online account, reducing repetitive actions by applying same settings to a group of users.

NOTE: Your settings will override any configuration the affected users might have previously done.

User Templates - Create a Template


IMPORTANT: Only Super Admins, User Admins, and Users with User Admin access can customize the Template settings. See User Roles and Permissions for more information.

The Administrator should log in to the RingCentral Online account and go to the Users > Templates section on the Admin Portal.
 

1. Click Add User Settings Template.

Click Add User Settings Template.

 

2. Enter a name for your Template. Click Save.

3. Configure the settings for the new template. Go to the next section for more information.
