RingCentral Meetings - Desktop | Use Call Me

1. Click the arrow button beside the microphone for your audio, and then click Audio Options....

2. Click Call Me from the pop-up window, enter your phone number, and then click Call Me. RingCentral Meetings will now call your phone for you to use the phone as an audio source.

QUICK TIP: You can check Remember the number on this computer so you don't have to enter your number next time.

NOTE: If a Participant joins the meeting before the Host and attempts to dial a non-US number using Call Me, the Participant will get an on-screen message saying that "The number you dialed is not available until the host joins the meeting". If the Host has already joined and left the meeting, Participants will still be able to use the Call Me feature and switch their audio source.
