Troubleshooting - Manual Reconnect

If your RingCentral Phone is Offline or in Calls Only mode, you may not be able to use it properly. When this happens, you may manually reconnect your RingCentral Phone. Just click on Offline Mode or Calls Only, then click Reconnect on the pop-up window.
