RingCentral for Salesforce App - Allow Users to access Call Recordings

 

1. If you are in Salesforce Lightning Experience view, Switch to Salesforce Classic.

2. Click Setup, and then type "layout" on Quick Find/Search.

3. Click Task Page Layouts (Path: Build > Customize > Activities > Task Page Layouts).

4. Look for the rc_sf_package, and then click Edit.

5. Click, hold and drag Call Recording into the Task Detail section as shown below.

6. Click Save.
