Agent Adapter for Salesforce - Update Agent Adapter for Salesforce

If you already have Agent Adapter for Salesforce installed in your Salesforce org, installing the new version into your sandbox or production will not require any re-configuration.  Salesforce will recognize that a previous version of the application is installed, and display both the installed and available versions.  Agent sessions will not be interrupted but will update to the new version of the Salesforce Agent when the screen is refreshed. 

NOTE:  If the Agent Adapter for Salesforce licenses show as free trial after updating to a new version, contact your account manager.
