SummaryHosts may want to break out a meeting into several rooms so that Participants can discuss by group. Breakout Rooms are deal for dividing meetings participants to smaller groups for discussion, activities or training. A Host can break out a meeting into up to 50 sub-meeting sessions. After the Host opens a Breakout Room, Participants in that breakout room will enter a new meeting session. Host can also move Participants back to the original main session.

​Participants will enter a new meeting session when the Host of a meeting opens a Breakout Room.

When the Host of the meeting opens a Breakout Room, Participants can click Join or Later.

Joining a Breakout Room window will appear when Participants click Join on the invite.

Participants can also click on Ask for Help on the in-meeting dashboard to invite the Host to join the Breakout Room.

Participants can click Leave Breakout Room to leave the room anytime. The Participant will be redirected to the main session.

When the Host of the meeting closes a Breakout Room, Participants can click Return to Main Session to immediately return to the main meeting or wait for 60 seconds.
