SummaryThis article provides information on how to compose a text message using RingCentral for Outlook. RingCentral for Outlook - Compose Text Message
 

1. Click Compose text.

Click Compose text.

2. Click the drop-down box below Send Message From to select a number to send a message from.

3. Enter the name/s or number/s of the message recipient/s.
You can also click the RC for Outlook - Dialer - Add Contacts button button to open the contacts list, then tap the contact's name to message.

4. Type your message in the box provided.
OPTIONAL: Check Group into one conversation to group extension numbers into one conversation.

5. Click Send.
