SummaryMembers of a call queue group will receive calls designated to their group. Administrators and Call Queue Managers have the authority to add or remove members from the call queue. This article will cover the steps for Call Queue Managers.

Add Call Queue Members


1. Log in to the RingCentral Online account as the Call Queue Manager.

2. Go to Settings > Call Handling & Members

3. Click Add Call Queue Member.

4. Select the members that need to be in the Call Queue group by ticking the boxes beside their names. 

5. Click Done.

6. Click Save.

 

Remove Call Queue Members


1. Log in to the RingCentral Online account as the Call Queue Manager.

2. Go to Settings > Call Handling & Members

3. Click Delete across the members that need to be deleted.

4. Click Save.
