Licenses for Agent Adapter for Salesforce | RingCentral Contact Center

RingCentral  Contact Center: Agent for Salesforce is a license-managed application. When it is installed as a trial of the application, there are 25 licenses that expires after 30 days. When converted to a full, paid installation, RingCentral team enters the number of licenses you purchased.  Follow the steps below to verify that you have the right set-up for your Agent Adapter for Salesforce:
 

1. Login to Salesforce and Click on Set up.

2. On the search field, type Installed then click on Installed Packages

3. On the right part of the screen, you will see the Installed Packages.  Look for NICE inContact CXone Agent for Salesforce to review the Allowed and Used Licenses, Expiration and the version installed.

Click on Manage Licenses to add or remove users to the license.
If the Agent Adapter for Salesforce is needed, submit a case to request for correction or contact your account manager.
