SummaryAs a Host, you can track Participants who are not in focused during a meeting, especially when the Host or any Participant is sharing screens. A notification beside the Participant's name will appear when that particular Participant is NOT in focused on the RingCentral Meetings window for more than 30 seconds. 

​This feature is OFF by default. Account Administrators can enable this feature account-wide and for Users. Users can also enable this in their own Extension Settings.

Enable Attention Tracking account-wide

1. Go to Tools > Meetings > Meetings Settings.

2. Scroll down to In Meeting (Advanced) and enable Attention tracking.

Enable Attention Tracking in your own Extension Settings

1. Go to Settings > Meetings.

2. Scroll down to In Meeting (Advanced) and enable Attention tracking.

How it works when enabled

A notification beside the Participant's name will appear when that particular Participant is NOT in focused on the RingCentral Meetings window for more than 30 seconds.
