Pulse - Authorize to Contact Center

You need a Contact Center account to work with Pulse. Authorization to Contact Center is required since Pulse requests Contact Center data on your behalf and checks the data against Alert conditions.

If you are not authorized for Contact Center, that will be indicated by the icon at the top of the page and in the status bar.

Login to Contact Center using your RingCentral Contact Center credentials. If authorization is successful the notification banner changes to green.
