Analytics Portal - Manage Subscriptions | RingCentral

SummaryYou can make use RingCentral Analytics Portal Subscription feature to automatically generate reports and send them to your email or to your recipients.  When you have generated and subscribed to either a Performance or Company Numbers report, you will be able to manage your subscription Reports > Analytics Portal > Subscriptions from the Admin Portal.

Analytics Portal - Manage Subscriptions 

• Click on the toggle button to turn ON Subscriptions. When turned ON, you will be able to receive scheduled emails.

• Click the Ellipses or three (3) dots to Edit or Delete.

On Edit view

• You will be able to modify your Subscription conditions.
• Click Save changes to save your edits.
• Click Cancel or the X button on the top right corner to discontinue editing.

When deleting Subscriptions

• Click Delete on the confirmation box if you want to delete your Subscription.
