Deskphones - How to power cycle your phone



1. Unplug the power cord for your device from the power source. If your phone is on Power over Ethernet (PoE), unplug the Ethernet cable.

2. Wait approximately 10 seconds, and then plug the device back into a power source. If your phone is on Power over Ethernet (PoE), plug the Ethernet cable back into the phone.

3. Let the device reboot. Some devices recycle twice.

4. Confirm you have a dial tone and make a test call.
