User Templates - Unable to modify templates 


 

Background 


RingCentral account administrators have the ability to create and modify templates for users.

 

Problem 


Templates which have been created earlier could not be changed. When attempting to modify an existing User Template, clicking on the Save button has no action and the changes are not saved.

 

Solution


Delete the corrupted template and create a new one.
