What support options does RingCentral provide? 


Community Support

The RingCentral Community contains over 4000 discussion topics.  There is almost no question that has not already been asked on the Community. The Community is the most efficient place to find answers to all the most popular FAQs, or find answers to questions that were not available in our Support Site or Knowledge Base

Our Community is monitored by a mix of support agents, RingCentral Partners and even members of our Product Team. You can also submit  feature requests on the Community if you have ideas for improving our products and services. If you need to provide sensitive information, or do not want to post publicly, see "Open a Case" below.

Live Chat Support

If you are unable to find find your answers on the Community or Customer Care Center, but need immediate assistance. Live Chat will be your best option.

Live phone support for RingCentral Office® (2+ users) plans is available 24/7. Live phone support for RingCentral Office® (1 user) is available 5:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. PT, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Non-English support available Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Central European Time (CET)
