An error message appears on the conference room screen when logging in to the RingCentral Rooms app on the iPad. The error message, "This room is not available, please contact IT for assistance" appears when not all of the Rooms equipment is connected.
Make sure that all of the RingCentral Rooms equipment is connected and online. The equipment that needs to be checked includes the following: Video Camera, Microphone, Computer, Audio System, iPad, and monitors. The error message automatically disappears once all of the equipment has been connected and online. The monitor will display the list of upcoming Meetings scheduled for the Room once the Meetings app is launched on the iPad.
