How to create a Service Group for RingCentral Services on your Palo Alto Network


1. The first step is to add a service for the ports, protocols, and a descriptive name to include the services the ports are relevant to.
Go to Objects > Services, and then click the Add button at the bottom of the screen.

2. Add a service for each traffic type, ports, protocols, and a descriptive name to include the services the ports are relevant to.

3. After adding all the services, create a Service Group named RingCentral Services.
Under the Objects tab, click Service Groups, and then click the Add button at the bottom of the screen.

4. Name the Service Group "RingCentral Services"
Click the Add button to add the RingCentral services to the group. 
*Check Appendix B in RingCentral Network Requirements and Recommendations for the list of ports.

5. Select and add all RingCentral services.

6. After adding all RingCentral services to the group, click OK
