SummaryHow do I add RingMe into my Outlook email signature

RingMe allows customers to call you by clicking a button on your website or email signature.  Two (2) things need to be done to set this up properly. 

i. Retrieving the RingMe Code
ii. Embedding the RingMe Code to the Email Signature

Follow these steps to add RingMe into your Office Outlook email signature.

In this example, Office Outlook 2010 is used. 

Retrieving the RingMe Code

Step 1:

Log into your RingCentral account.

Step 2:

Click My Extension.

Step 3:

Click Tools and then select RingMe.


Step 4:

Set the extension where the caller will be routed to.

Step 5:

Right click and Save the RingMe button as an image file.

IMPORTANT: Take note of where the file is saved.

Step 6:

Click the RingMe button and then copy the link in the Address bar..

Embedding the RingMe Code to the Email Signature

Step 1:

Log into your Outlook Email.

Step 2:

Go to File > Options

Step 3:

Click Signatures.


Step 4:

Click New.

Enter a Name for the Signature and then click OK.

Step 6:

Click the Insert Image tool and then find the RingMe icon that was saved earlier. Open the file.

Step 7:

Click the image.

Step 8:

Click the Insert Hyperlink tool and then enter the hyperlink that was copied earlier.

Step 9:

Click OK all the way out.
