If you are a Mac user and having trouble logging into your account via the web and/or you get a message that claims your password doesn't match, this might be due to a 'bad cookie'.  Clearing your cookies may fix this problem.

Please follow the instructions below for the browser you are using:


Safari


Step 1:

Hit the Command-Comma key (Apple + Comma) to launch Preferences.
-or- In the Safari menu, select Preferences.

Step 2:

Click the Show Cookies button.

Step 3:

Select "Remove All".


Firefox 1.x


Step 1:

Hit the Command-Comma key (Apple + Comma) to launch Preferences.
-or- In the FireFox menu, select Preferences

Step 2:

Select Privacy, and then select the Cookies tab.

Step 3:

Click the Clear Cookies Now button.


Firefox 2.0 or 3.0


Step 1:

Hit the Command-Comma key (Apple + Comma) to launch Preferences.
-or- In the FireFox menu, select Preferences.

Step 2:

Select Privacy and then click the Show Cookies button.

Step 3:

Click the Remove Cookies button or simply click the Remove All Cookies button.
