SummaryHow do I configure Meetings Settings on my Meetings account?

RingCentral Meetings Account allows you to configure your Meetings Settings; and for Admins, Meetings Settings of another user and Meetings Settings for the Entire account. Follow the steps below for more information.
 
Configure my Meetings Settings - Users are allowed to configure
Configure another User's Meetings Settings - User Admin and Super Admin role are allowed to configure.
Configure Meetings Settings for the entire account - Only Super Admin role is allowed to configure

 

Configure my Meetings Settings

 

Step 1:

Go to Settings > My Settings.

Step 2: 

Click the Meetings tab.
 

Step 3:

On your Meetings Settings page you have the option to configure these Meetings Settings:

Configure another User's Meetings Settings

 

Step 1:

Go to Users > User list. Click on the User that you want to configure.

 

Step 2:

Click the Meetings tab. Under My Meetings Settings click Edit.

Step 3:

You will be redirected to the users Meetings Settings page. You have the option to configure these Meetings Settings:

Configure Meetings Settings for the entire account

 

Step 1:

Go to Settings > Meetings.

Step 2:

On the Meetings tab, you will have the option to configure these Meetings Settings.
