SummaryHow do I configure my Webinar Settings on my Meetings account?
Details
RingCentral Webinar is an add-on service for RingCentral Meetings that allows you to host virtual events and online trainings with up to 10,000 attendees, joining from desktop, tablet and smart devices.

To configure your Webinar settings on your Meetings Account, go to Settings > Meetings. These settings can be changed by the Super Admin and Webinar license owner.

Step 1:

Go to Settings > Meetings.

Step 2:

Select the Webinar tab.

Step 3:

On the Webinar tab you may configure these settings:

Branding
Registration Settings
Email Settings
Integrations
API Credential

 

Branding

Click Upload to customize your Banner and Logo. The requirements are provided to upload an optimal image for your Banner and Logo. For more information on Banner and Logo customization, go to:

Registration Settings

Click Edit to configure your Registration Settings.

A window will appear to customize Registration settings:

Questions
Customize which information details are requested and required on your Attendee Webinar Registration.

Custom Questions
Click New Question to add a custom Question on your Attendee Webinar Registration. The custom question should follow the guideline - You are prohibited from soliciting confidential personal information (such as credit card information or social security numbers) in your registration questions.

Email Settings

Click Edit to customize your settings for Invitation email, Confirmation email, reminder email, and follow-up email. For more information on Email Settings customization, go to:

Reminder Email to Attendees and Panelists 
Follow-up Email to Attendees 
Follow-up Email to Absentees

Integrations

Click Regenerate to generate new API Secret.
