Details
RingCentral Rooms is an add-on service that requires a Rooms License. To configure your Rooms settings on your Meetings account go to Settings > Meetings.

NOTE: For more information on purchasing a rooms license go to RingCentral Meetings Account: How do I Add Licenses?. You may also Download the RingCentral Rooms User Guide for more information on the Rooms service.
 

Step 1:

Go to Settings > Meetings.

Step 2:

Select the RingCentral Rooms tab.

Step 3:

On the RingCentral Rooms page, you may select and configure the following features:

Rooms
General Settings
Display Settings


Rooms
On this tab you may add, edit, and delete RingCentral Rooms.

On this tab you may enable or disable event notifications, advanced settings, support contact info, and RingCentral Rooms background.

Display Settings
On this tab you may configure your Display settings that will be applied to all your RingCentral Rooms.
