RingCentral Rooms is an add-on
service that requires a Rooms License. To configure your Rooms settings on your Meetings account go to Settings

Go to Settings
Select the RingCentral Rooms
On the RingCentral Rooms page, you may select and configure the following features:RoomsGeneral SettingsDisplay SettingsRooms
On this tab you may add, edit, and delete RingCentral Rooms.General Settings
On this tab you may enable or disable event notifications, advanced settings, support contact info, and RingCentral Rooms background.Display Settings
On this tab you may configure your Display settings that will be applied to all your RingCentral Rooms.
