SummaryHow do I set up the International Calling feature as an administrator?
Details

International Calling allows a User to place calls outside the US and Canada. International Calling Rates apply when dialing numbers outside US and Canada. To learn how to place an international call or send a fax to an international location on your RingCentral account, go to Calling or Sending Faxes to International Phone Numbers.

NOTE: RingCentral has set limits for the protection of customers from fraudulent activities or over usage. You may get the prompt "your call cannot be completed due to insufficient credits on your account." If you get this message when placing a call, please contact your Administrator. If you are an Administrator, please make sure that your account has enough Purchased Calling Credits or contact RingCentral Customer Service to verify your Billing Information and check if you need an account limit increase.

This article illustrates how Account Administrators can enable International Calling via the RingCentral Online account and RingCentral Phone for Mobile.
