You can set up the Call Queue or an Extension’s Voicemail Greeting, assign an Extension or User as the Message Recipient, and modify Notification Settings.

• Voicemail Greeting
You can use the system Default Voicemail Greeting or upload a Custom Greeting by recording over the phone or importing.
• Message Recipient
You can even choose which extension mailbox will receive the voice mail messages for the Call Queue.
NOTE: Only account Administrators can change this option
