These are the minimum system requirements for your RingCentral service which includes requirements for the following platforms:
• RingCentral Online account
RingCentral Phone Mobile
RingCentral Phone Desktop  
RingCentral Meetings 
RingCentral Meetings Rooms
RingCentral App
• RingCentral DigitalLine (assigned to a Desk phone or RingCentral Phone for inbound or outbound calling)
RingCentral Fax 

 

RingCentral Online account

Supported Operating Systems
• Windows 7 (32 and 64-bit) or later
• Mac OS X with Mac OS 10.7 (Lion) or later

Supported Browsers
• Google Chrome: version 41 or higher.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer: version 11.x, Microsoft Edge
• Mozilla Firefox: version 37 or higher.
• Safari: version 7.x or higher.

NOTE: Unsupported browsers will be prevented from accessing the RingCentral Online account.  

 

RingCentral Phone Mobile

• iOS 10.0 or later (iOS 13 supported)
• Android OS 5.0 and up (Android 10 / Android Q supported)


For Android 6 (Android M) or later, you will need to turn on required App Permissions:
• Contacts (view local contacts)
• Phone (RingOut)
• Microphone (VoIP call)
• Storage (store fax/voicemail/documents/photo)

NOTE: Since the RingCentral Phone for Mobile app is updated regularly, it is best to check these app pages for the most up-to-date information:

RingCentral Phone Desktop (Soft phone)

Windows 
• Windows 7 or later
• Minimum 2 GHz (32-bit or 64-bit) processor
• Minimum of 4 GB of memory (8 GB recommended)
• 400 MB of free hard drive space
• Required minimum screen resolution is 1,024 x 768

Mac
• Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) or later
• Intel processor
• Minimum of 4 GB of memory (8 GB recommended)
• 400 MB of free hard drive space
• Required minimum screen resolution is 1,024 x 768

Meetings Desktop 
• Internet Connection: 600kbps or higher
• Peripherals: Webcam, speakers, microphone
• Windows: Windows 7 or later version
• Mac: Mac OS X with Mac OS 10.7 (Lion) or later version
• Linux: Red Hat v7+, Fedora v22+, Ubuntu

Meetings Mobile app
• Android version 5.0 and up
• iOS 7.0 or later

• 2.8 GHz Quad Core Intel Core i7 and higher (dual or triple screen)
• Dual bank RAM for better performance

• Windows: Windows 7 or later version

RingCentral Meetings Rooms Controller Mobile app
• Android version 4.0 and up
• iOS 8.0 or later

• 90 Kbps per DigitalLine
• Desk phone or RingCentral Phone

Faxing with a traditional fax machine
