The
RingCentral Mobile App can be used to change your extension settings, making and receiving calls, and many more. Follow the steps below to learn how to log in or change the login details on your RingCentral Mobile App with your RingCentral Phone Number and Password.
NOTE: If you are still using a numeric password, you may not be able to log in to your RingCentral mobile app. You must switch to an alphanumeric password to proceed. For more information, see Alphanumeric Password and PIN Overview.

Update your RingCentral Mobile App Login Information
Step 1:
Launch the RingCentral Mobile App.

Step 2:
Tap Sign In.
Step 3:
Tap the flag and then, select the country where your RingCentral account is located.
QUICK TIP: Scroll down the country list to view more countries.

Step 4:
Enter your RingCentral Direct Phone Number and Password or your RingCentral Main Company Number, your Extension Number and Password. Tap Sign In when done.

Step 1:
Launch the RingCentral Mobile App.

Step 2:
Tap Sign In.
Step 3:
Tap the flag and then, select the country where your RingCentral account is located.

NOTE: To log in using Single Sign-On, click here.
Enter your RingCentral Phone Number and Password and then tap Sign In when done.
NOTE: You need to specify your Extension Number if there are two (2) or more Administrators in your RingCentral account.

Select this option only if your company uses
Single Sign-on (SSO) to access RingCentral.
SSO can only be enabled by your company
Administrator. If you have questions, contact your company Administrator. If you are an Administrator and want to know more information about SSO, see
Single Sign-On Overview.
Step 1:
Tap Single Sign On.

Step 2:
Enter your Email Address and then, tap Continue.

It is important to update your RingCentral login information in your RingCentral Mobile App after changing your password to ensure that your RingCentral Mobile App is connected to RingCentral's services. To update your login information, follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Launch the RingCentral Mobile App.
Step 2:
Tap on your Profile Picture.

Step 3:
Scroll to the bottom part, then tap Logout.

You have now updated your login information. You can now try to log in again to your RingCental Mobile App.
