Call Park is a feature which allows RingCentral Office users to put a call on public call park, to be retrieved by another User in the phone system by dialing *+park location.

Public call park allows users to place a call on public park and then have any user pick up on another phone by dialing the park location. Parking a call on public call park is supported by desk phones and the RingCentral Phone, and the RingCentral Phone for Mobile.

Using the Park softkey on RingCentral Desk Phones


Step 1:

On an active call, press the More soft key until the Park soft key is displayed.


Step 2:

Press Park.


Step 3:

Listen to the prompt indicating that the call has been parked and the park extension.

To retrieve the call, press * + the park location.
 

Using Touch Tones 


Step 1:

On an active call, press (#) (#). You will be provided with options to:
 
Return to the call
Transfer the call
More Options


Step 2:

Press (*) for more options. You will be given the option to transfer, park or cancel the action.


Step 3:

Press three (3) to park the call.


Step 4:

Listen to the prompt indicating that the call has been parked and the park extension.

To retrieve the call, press * + the park location.
