How do I set up the Auto-Purchase feature?
NOTE: RingCentral has set limits for the protection of customers from fraudulent activities or over usage. If you get a message saying that you have exceeded the maximum allowed value that can be processed on your account in a single billing cycle. For security purposes, please contact Customer Service at 0800 014 8091 to verify your Billing Information and request an account limit increase and proceed with your desired transaction.
1. Log in to your RingCentral Online Account.
2. Go to Billing > Service Plan.
3. Click Auto-purchase.
4. Select the Calling credits package of your preference, and then click Save.

Calling or Sending Faxes to International Phone Numbers
