This article describes the steps if you want to configure another user's notification settings, if you're an administrator and want to configure the notification settings of your own extension, go to Configure your Notification Settings | RingCentral Phone Mobile App.

Access a User's Notification settings

 
1. Log in to your RingCentral Mobile app.

2. Tap your Profile Picture.

3. Tap Phone System.

4. Tap Users, then select the name of the User from the list.

6. Tap Notifications.

Tap Notifications.

7. Configure the Notification settings.
 

Configure the Notification settings

 
The Notification settings can be viewed on any of the 2 screens. Click on links below to learn how you can configure the settings in the following screens.
 
The Basic screen lets you enable or disable Email or SMS notifications for RingCentral features. When enabled, Email and SMS notifications will be sent to the Email Address and Mobile Number that you have specified. 
The Advanced screen lets you enable or disable Email or SMS notifications for RingCentral features. When enabled, Email and SMS notifications will be sent to the Email Addresses and Mobile Number that you have specified per feature. Additional options are also available.
 

Configure the Basic screen settings


The Basic screen is displayed by default and lets you enable or disable email and SMS notifications for the following features:

Configure the Advanced screen settings


The Advanced screen lets you enable or disable email and SMS notifications, and configure additional options for the following features: 
 
Tap the slider button to either enable or disable the email or SMS notification for any of these features.Tap the slider button to either enable or disable the email or SMS notification for any of these features. Click on Options under the feature you want to configure.

• Voicemail
• Received Faxes
• Missed Calls
• Fax Transmission Results
• Received Text Messages
