Billing statements can be sent to the Administrator's email address at the end of each billing cycle. This setting can be enabled/disabled via the RingCentral Mobile app. Follow the steps to enable or disable this feature.
NOTE: You need to be an Account Administrator to perform the following steps.
Tap your Profile Picture to go to the Mobile app's settings.
Tap Service Plan
Tap Billing History
Look for Email billing statements
, and then toggle the ON
icon to enable/ disable billing statement emails to your account at the end of each billing cycle.
