The RingCentral mobile app allows Account Administrators to change the Company Operator Extension. This article will guide you in setting up the Operator Extension for your RingCentral Phone System through your RingCentral mobile app.
Log in as an Administrator to your RingCentral mobile app.
Tap your Profile Picture.
Tap Phone System.
Tap Operator Extension.
Select on the extension you would like to use as Operator Extension, and then tap Save.
